What this site is

It is an informational course about free-to-play PC games, written for a general audience. It is general information, not advice about your circumstances. Nothing here is professional, legal, financial, medical or security advice, and you should not treat it as a substitute for advice from somebody qualified who knows your situation.

This is not accredited training. There is no enrolment, no assessment, no certificate and nothing to complete. Reading the course confers no qualification and no status of any kind.

Accuracy and change

We write the course carefully and review it regularly, but products in this category change constantly. Prices, system requirements, store arrangements, account terms and the features of any game may differ from what is described here by the time you read it. Always check the vendor's own current information before you act on anything, and treat this course as a method for checking rather than a record of facts about a product.

We may change, add to or remove any part of the site at any time, including these terms. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a consumer guarantee applies to anything we supply, that guarantee stands whatever else this page says.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law permits, Original TRANS s.r.o. is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its general information, including any loss arising from a decision about a game, a purchase or a computer. Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, it is limited to resupplying the information or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where Original TRANS s.r.o. is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction over disputes about them. That does not displace any protection available to you as a consumer under the law of the place where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law and the right to take a matter to a regulator or a court in Australia where the law allows it.

If part of this is unenforceable

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, it is severed and the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
