Cookie Policy
Effective date: 15 October 2026
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small piece of text that a website asks your browser to store and send back on later requests, which is how a site can recognise the same browser from one page to the next. Similar technologies do the same job by other means: browser storage areas that keep data on your device, tiny images or requests that report back when a page is opened, and techniques that identify a browser from the combination of settings it reveals.
Original TRANS s.r.o. publishes nullphase.online, and the short answer for this site is that none of those are used. The list below says so item by item.
What we checked
- Cookies set by this site
- Not used. This site sets no cookies of its own, for any purpose, including preferences and session identifiers.
- Cookies set by others through this site
- Not used. No third party has any presence on these pages, so nobody is in a position to set a cookie through them.
- localStorage
- Not used. Nothing is written to your browser's local storage, which is why a ticked checklist does not survive a reload.
- sessionStorage
- Not used. Nothing is written to session storage either.
- IndexedDB
- Not used. No database is created in your browser.
- Tracking pixels
- Not used. There are no invisible images, beacons or measurement requests on any page.
- Browser fingerprinting
- Not used. We do not collect or combine browser characteristics to recognise a device.
- Web fonts and third-party scripts
- Not used. The pages use the fonts already installed on your computer and one short script served from this domain. Your browser makes no request to any other server while reading this site.
- Server access logs
- Used. Our hosting provider records ordinary web server log entries — IP address, date and time, the URL requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and the user-agent string. These are kept for 30 days and used for security, abuse prevention and fault diagnosis.
Why there is no banner
Consent banners exist so that a site can ask permission before setting something that needs permission. This site sets nothing, so there is nothing to ask about. Showing a banner here would be theatre, and a banner that implies you are consenting to cookies on a site with no cookies would be untrue.
If that changes, it changes in the open: this page would be rewritten and published first, and a working consent mechanism would be in place before any cookie was set. We will not introduce one quietly.
What this means for the checklists
Every checklist on this site is a printed list with a drawn box beside each line. The boxes are shapes, not controls, and nothing records whether you have worked through them — there is no local storage, no session storage, no database in your browser, no fingerprinting and no pixel that could do it.
That is why the all-checklists page has a print button instead of a save button. The button simply asks your browser to print the page; it sends nothing anywhere.
After you follow an affiliate link
Some pages carry a link to a game publisher's website. Once you follow it you are on their site, and what happens there is theirs rather than ours. The publisher and the affiliate network that operates the link may set cookies or use similar technology on their own domains, typically to record that the referral came from us so that a commission can be attributed.
We do not control those cookies, cannot read them and do not receive them. If you want to know what they do, their own notices are the place to look. Our privacy policy describes what we get back, which is a payment report and nothing identifying a reader.
Blocking and clearing cookies generally
Every current browser lets you see what has been stored, delete it, and decide what may be stored in future. The controls usually sit in the privacy or site-data part of the settings, where you can clear existing cookies and storage, block third-party cookies, or block cookies for a particular site. Browsers also offer a private or incognito window, which discards what it stored when you close it.
None of that will change anything about this site, because there is nothing here to block. It is worth knowing for the rest of the web.
