The company is based in the Czech Republic and the site is written for readers in Australia, so replies may arrive outside Australian business hours. We aim to answer within a few working days, and within 30 days at the outside for anything concerning privacy or a complaint.
What we can help with
- An error in the course — a wrong fact, a broken link, a step that no longer matches how something works. These are the most useful messages we get.
- A question about how this site is funded, beyond what the affiliate disclosure already says.
- A privacy request. Put Privacy request in the subject line and see the privacy policy for what we hold, which is very little.
- Anything about this site's own conduct, including a complaint.
What we cannot help with
We are not a game publisher and have no access to anybody's game account. If your question is about an account, a purchase, a refund, a ban, a technical fault in a game, or anything else inside a product, the publisher's own support is the only place that can act. We cannot pass messages on, recover an account, or intervene.
We also do not give legal, financial, medical or security advice, and we cannot advise on an individual's circumstances. Step 5 lists the Australian bodies that handle consumer, privacy, scam and online safety matters, and they are the right destinations for those.
Please do not send passwords, two-factor codes, card numbers or identity documents. We have no use for them, and we will delete them. If a message arrives claiming to be from us and asking for any of those things, it is not from us.
What happens to your message
It goes to a mailbox held with our email service provider, which may store or process data outside Australia. It is read by people working for Original TRANS s.r.o. and used to reply to you — nothing else. It is not added to any list, because there is no list.
Messages are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, then deleted, unless something in the conversation is needed for a legal claim. Anything you send that is not needed to reply to you is deleted when it is lawful and reasonable to do so.
You can write to us under a pseudonym for an ordinary question. For an access or correction request we may need enough information to be sure we are dealing with the right person's details. The full account is in the privacy policy.
